Critics Choice Awards, George Miller è il Miglior Regista

La star ha battuto il favorito Alejandro Iñarritu grazie al film Mad Max - Fury Road.

SANTA MONICA - Tutti si aspettavano il celebratissimo Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu come miglior regista e invece a spuntarla è stato George Miller grazie a Mad Max - Fury Road. Oltre che sul regista messicano, Miller ha avuto la meglio su Todd Haynes - Carol, Thomas McCarthy - Il Caso Spotlight, Ridley Scott - The Martian e Steven Spielberg - Il ponte delle spie.

I premi della Critica statunitense sono un altro passo importantissimo verso la serata più importante dell'anno, quella dell'Academy Awards, prevista per il prossimo 28 febbraio.
