Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album grazie al disco When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?  e ancora Song of the year, Best new artist, oltre al premio tecnico nella categoria Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical. La cantante californiana fa segnare anche un record assoluto, diventando all’età di 18 anni e 19 giorni la più giovane artista a vincere il Grammy per la canzone dell’anno grazie a Bad Guy.
